These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between Nogra (Singapore-based individual operator) (“Nogra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity who accesses or uses any of our Services (“you”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Definitions

“Sites and Apps” means the portions of the Services that you access via a browser, client, or extension.
“User Content” means any content you submit, upload, store, transmit, or display through the Services.
“Third-Party Services” means any third-party websites, platforms, tools, data sources, SDKs, APIs, or services that interoperate with, are referenced by, or can be accessed from the Services.
“AUP” means the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 5.
2. Scope and Contract Formation

2.2 Supplemental Terms. Certain features or regions may be subject to additional terms or policies (“Supplemental Terms”). If there is a conflict, Supplemental Terms control for that feature or region.
2.3 Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
3.1 Minimum Age. The Services are not directed to children. You must be at least 13 to use the Services (or higher where your local law requires). If EU/UK law applies, you represent that you meet the relevant digital-consent age requirements or have necessary authorization.
3.2 Account Registration. Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up-to-date.
3.3 Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities on your account. Notify support[at]nogra.app promptly of any suspected compromise.
